Immerse yourself in the rich flavors of his New Orleans upbringing, which have shaped his culinary journey, as Executive Chef of Eclair Bistro (South Dallas as well as McKinney Tx) , eventually culminating in his role as Executive Chef at "LAB23 Kitchen (Frisco) and Chef Aaron Thomas Catering. I have wanted to own a restaurant since I was 11 years old. My aunt got me into cooking. I have worked the last 19 years on my culinary adventure. With many bumps in the way after many years doing the wrong thing I finally decided to take a huge leap. I was let go from my job in 2012 and decided to enroll at Le Cordon Blue. I graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Operation. at the end of my first semester I applied at Eclair Bistro. During the interview Chef Aaron Thomas had me dice an onion. He was not impressed. But he gave me a chance. I started working there after school and eventually made it to Sous Chef. Chef Aaron thought me a lot about working in the kitchen and a wide range of cuisines. He would come in every day with a new challenge. I worked for Eclair for a total of 4.5 years. Durning that time I moved to Arizona and worked in a few different types of food establishments. From a cafe to a Half way house to working in the hospital. I eventually came back to Eclair.Than Covid hit and I returned to the HVAC industry. Than after 3+ years the opportunity to join up with my friend and mentor Chef Aaron Thomas  to open a restaurant and catering company happened. We are now co owners of Chef Aaron Thomas LLC, LAB23 Kitchen, and Chef Aaron Thomas Catering.
